Simply because it makes my entire birthday month absolutely filled with glitter,hearts, and pink galore.
I will be 23 in a few week ( oh my!) and I find myself totally amused by everyone's sudden need to find me a valentine. Chill out! Haha
Every year I celebrate Valentine's Day, I just don't have to get all dressed up and more times that not, my valentine is more thoughtful than yours because I spend it with everybody's kids! :)
This year, I was lucky to kick off the Valentine-ness at Fredericka Manor with some of my youth kids. It has come to be one of my favorite times each month to go and serve the residents at fredericka. To teach my kids how to interact with people without technology and to create memories and cutesy crafts alike. We've officially been going for over a year now and I feel completely humbled every time that God uses me and my quirky interests to be a part of His work in the young and the old.
I'm so very blessed.
