Weekend Wonders!

This weekend's camp was solid& fun. We didn't go to our typical camp..we rented a girl's cabin and a guys cabin and just had a load of family time, snow time and times in the Word and worship.. En v erdad, I had no idea what I was really getting into, but God knew!

I got to play house all weekend with 22 other young woman.. it was a party! we painted nails and watched Little Mermaid, went for hikes and baked and played board games, hide and go seek etc etc... exciting stuff. ha!






But I was impressed with the how the Word was brought. It was glorious to hear major doctrine on the third person of the trinity being unloaded and dissected..
But the biggest blessing is listening to them pray. Listening to them be genuine and ask God to help them want to read the Bible/ understand. It is not every day, when with Christian high school kids, that you get that level of vulnerability.Praise God that He is at work even when we don't expect it.
I am so thankful to get to serve in a ministry that impact lives. To get to be in a position to influence girls for the glory of God and share life with them in a way knits our hearts together in mercy.
