Praising God this afternoon

Today was a trip. I posted earlier to tell you of my resolve and apprehension as I waited to hear back from Gymboree. :) In the meantime, the preschool I sub at called and offered me a part-time position. The afternoon shift, M-F. This is an awesome opportunity because I know the boss lady already, I am already trained, I have weekends off and it has zero affect on the ministries I am currently involved in. It actually makes me more available and I get to see some of my favorite little people on a more regular basis and share a campus with the high school students that are usually the hardest for me to reach. Now I was really torn. Still I waited by my phone. And I prayed that God would give me wisdom or give wisdom to those who held the authority. And He did. what a faithful God! Gymboree was suppose to call by 5. It was 4:50 and I was on the phone with my grandma when I got the break up voicemail. Gymboree doesn't want me. Well they do, they explained, but they needed a Tu/Thurs availability which I just don't have this semester. A. I'm thankful to have been broken up with over voicemail because sometimes rejection is hard for me (all the time) B. I'm SO glad to know that the Lord knows best. C. TODAY I was still provided with a job that meets my needs and is doing something i LOVE. He's just so good to me! <3
