Not just a thought..

These words will never justly describe
All that I know You're doing inside;
Nor will the adequately do
to say how much I still need You.
I am lacking, burning low.
I am running way too slow.
You set my calling and lead the way.
How I need You freshly day by day!
Restore my joy and clean my heart.
Take me fully, not in part.
In every instance, every way,
make my heart quick to obey.
It's only You that can motivate,
So for Your stirring, Lord, I wait.
I need Your precious touch, Oh God.
Please be gentle with Your rod,
but move me from this apathy
so that Your glory I may see,
So that Your people, they may know
that once You hold, you don't let go.
Take my mind, my hands and feet,
armed with the Gospel, let me beat
each temptation and principality
until Your face I'm blessed to see.
